Nicki is the Global Brand and Marketing Director for EY and EY-Parthenon focused on their Strategy and M&A Service Line, based in London. In this role she leads an international cross functional team to drive global brand and marketing programs in highly complex environments. She is passionate about developing strong strategic and creative programs that are impactful to clients, our people and wider society.
Nicki has over 25 years’ experience in Brand, Marketing and Communications. Her career started in a leading global branding consultancy working for well-known household brands on naming, identity and strategy. She then went in-house spent a decade working on various international marketing roles specialising in building companies’ revenue, reputation and relationships in owned, earned and paid channels. She joined EY in 2008 and has since continued to work in various global marketing roles and leading teams to help drive sustainable growth.
During that time, she also served as a steering committee member for an external not-for-profit organization called LEAD (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity) – the only European network dedicated to attracting, retaining and advancing women in the retail and consumer products sector.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nicki is a mum of 2 children, ski and snowboard enthusiast and hockey player and coach with a passion for giving back and mentoring the next generation.
